43. Starting a wedding business during a pandemic with Paula Heron Phillips

I’m so happy to be welcoming Paula Heron Phillips to the podcast this week, founder of Singing Waiters in the UK and France.

With 20 years of experience in event planning, Paula struck out on her own in 2019 finding incredible success in launching Singing Waiters in France where she plants professional singers at weddings and events who deliver surprise performances that really get the party started. 

Of course, we all know what came next in 2020 and to say Paula launched her business at a tricky time would be an understatement, so today we discuss how she navigated the pandemic and, despite the odds, how she fell back in love with running her wedding business. 

 Paula is a brilliant example of someone who has found their niche and created a business that lights them up, which is truly inspiring to see. Her passion and joy for the wedding industry shine through in today’s episode!
