28. Starting a wedding blog with founder of Whimsical Wonderland Weddings Louise Baltruschat

My guest this week is the fantastic Louise Baltruschat from the wedding blog and directory Whimsical Wonderland Weddings. 

Louise has been running Whimsical Wonderland Weddings for 11 years, so she really was one of the first on the scene in the UK wedding blogging world, and was actually one of the first blogs to feature my work. 

I was so excited to hear her story of launching the blog and the amazing journey it’s been on in the last 11 years from a hobby to a full-time job. 

Whimsical Wonderland Weddings has become renowned for showcasing fun, colourful stress-free weddings that step outside of tradition, so I was really keen to hear how Louise selects features from all the submissions she receives, and what makes a great submission. 

Louise also shares her golden nugget of advice for anyone starting out in the wedding industry and what she thinks will be key for weddings in 2021.
